Lari was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We messaged back and forth few times and she responded within the hour. She shipped earlier than expected. I had ordered some very fragile antique dinner plates and I was worried about accidental breakage during shipping. Lari pack them superbly. Even better than I would have packaged them myself. She was pleasant prompt and professional. She even offered me a discount when I hadn't even asked for one. I would definitely shop with her again. I feel extremely confident with her service.

Packed with care and warnings to unwrap the same way. Great miniature soldiers with some unusual features of interest at a fine price

I have to caution myself to be unusually careful unwrapping the delicate miniature lead soldiers I have received from this seller. I make multiple purchases because they do it right.

Lari Staples offers high-level service, including superb packaging for delicate cargo, and the maintenance of a large, diversified inventory.

Another chapter in my happy story with this fine seller. Great inventory, hyper-careful packaging, and rapid response on questions

This seller, through helpful and informative exchanges, is now one of my reliable staples for toy soldiers. Rapid response and turnaround, too. And cool products.
