USPS is always super busy, and just like everyone else, they are short-staffed. MY CURRENT PROCESSING TIME IS 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MOST ORDERS. Some larger custom items will have longer lead times. The most up-to-date processing time for any particular item can be found on the item page. Please note that if you buy multiple items, your shipping date will default to the item with the slowest processing speed. Please reach out if you are in a hurry, as we can often fit in rush orders.
Your order will take at least an ADDITIONAL 3-6 business days using USPS Ground. We do NOT accept returns on items that are delayed due to shipping.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY ESTIMATE THAT ETSY GIVES IS OFTEN INACCURATE! IT IS BASED ON MY SHORTEST POSSIBLE PROCESSING TIME AND THE FASTEST USPS SHIPPING TIME. IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE, PLEASE MESSAGE ME AHEAD OF YOUR ORDER TO BE SURE WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOUR TIME FRAME.

Requests for cancellation may be considered up to 24 hours after purchase, but NEVER after an order has been shipped. Please note that in order to process orders by the next business day, we need to start working on your order before the 24-hour mark, so some cancellation requests may be declined.
