There are three easy ways you can print your art:

Online printing services – Simply upload your file to places like Shutterfly, Snapfish, Mpix, or even Walmart, Walgreens, and Costco online. Most will ship directly to your home, and some also offer in-store pickup for select sizes/products.

Local copy/print shops – Stores such as Staples, Office Depot, or Costco’s in-person centers can print your files if you bring them in on a USB drive.

At home – If you have a good quality printer, you can print directly at home. For best results, I recommend heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock.

Please note: colors may vary slightly depending on the printer and paper you choose.

Your order comes with 5 high-resolution files, each named by ratio (2x3, 3x4, 4x5, 5x7 ISO, and 11x14). These cover a wide range of standard frame sizes in both inches and centimeters:

2x3 file → 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36 in (10x15, 20x30, 30x45, 40x60, 60x90 cm)

3x4 file → 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 15x20, 18x24, 27x36 in
(15x20, 30x40, 45x60, 60x80 cm)

4x5 file → 4x5, 8x10, 12x15, 16x20, 24x30 in
(8x10, 12x15, 40x50, 72x90 cm)

5x7 (ISO) file → A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, plus 50x70 cm

11x14 file → 11x14 in

The file names are just ratio labels, not size limits. For example, the 2x3 file can print as small as 4x6 in or as large as 24x36 in. This means you’ll always have the right file for almost any standard frame you choose.

After your order is complete, You will receive an email with the download link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk or promotions folder.

You can also get your files anytime by logging into Etsy on a browser (computer, tablet, or phone), then going to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews and clicking Download Files next to your order.

Please note: digital files can’t be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app at this time — you’ll need to log in through Etsy’s website on a phone, tablet, or computer browser.
