High quality material, printed well. Had a missing piece but it was sent along at no extra cost. Prompt responses on messages.

The print is of high quality and smooth. Will need minor sanding, but otherwise it's perfect. All connections fit seamlessly and there are no issues anywhere. Packaging was labeled fragile everywhere and was protected inside with lots of crinkle. Did arrive a little over two weeks after the estimated arrival date, but it was no issue to me as it wasn't a gift, but it is something to keep in mind so you can time your order accordingly.

Had a great conversation with the seller, main concern was packaging and they certainly made sure my order was safely packed for shipping. Everything arrived safe and sound, parts are well detailed with some minor cleaning up required but to be expected with 3D printed figures. If you are a fan of the series and of the big girl Atago herself, grab yourself one of these while you still can.

Product looks great. There was an issue somewhere with the shipping of the first package but the seller went above and beyond with customer service to get another package to me quickly and checked in to make sure I received it.
