Thank you so much for your honest feedback and for pointing out that mistake! A rhino with three ears is absolutely unacceptable for a quality clipart set. I took your note very seriously: I have already fixed and re-uploaded that specific image, and I spent the rest of the day thoroughly checking the entire bundle to make sure no other strange anomalies slipped through. I am now reviewing every single new creation with much greater attention to detail to prevent this from happening again.

How will I receive my files?
All files are available for instant download after your payment is confirmed.
Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Download Files.
If you purchased as a guest, you’ll receive a download link via email from Etsy.
I can't find my download link. What should I do?
First, check your email (and spam folder) for a message from Etsy.
You can also log in to your account and go to Purchases and Reviews to download the files.
Still stuck? Just send a message through Etsy and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes! All templates are fully editable in the corresponding software (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva – depending on the product). You can change text, colors, images, and layouts easily.
Are fonts included?
We only use free fonts in our templates. A link to download each font is included in the instructions file that comes with your purchase.
Can I use this for commercial projects?
Yes – templates can be used for your personal or commercial presentations. However, reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files or modified versions is not allowed.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable. But if you run into any issues, feel free to reach out - we’ll do our best to help.
