When I was in high school in the ‘70’s, they taught us “womanly arts” such as knitting, crochet, cooking, sewing. It was rather sexist as boys weren’t even allowed to take such classes!! I loved knitting & crochet and would do it off and on over the years but it never really stuck with me until my first grandchild was on the way. After making a blanket for his nursery, I got addicted to anything yarn and after a couple of years, my daughter convinced me to start my shop and now not a day goes by that I don’t spend at least a little time with yarn in my hands. I love trying new patterns and making things I never thought I would be able to. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment and when a customer orders something, I do a little happy dance! After 7 years, I am still in awe and grateful each time someone chooses my shop!

I do live in Ohio. I was in Florida on vacation for a couple of weeks but I still do orders when I am gone. I have to use a Florida address so the shipping costs are accurate.
