If you need your package rush on any specific date, please make sure you drop us note before checking out.
Custom And Personalized Orders
We can make custom message card for you (anything you want ) in English or any other languages. All you need to do is message us, what you want in the card and we create that for you. Then you can make your purchase. We will make your request.
PLEASE NOTE : please specify clearly message cards # you want or write entire note for message card you want on.
We DO NOT sell our message cards, Jewelry and gift boxes individually.

Shipping times & Turnaround times!!!
Shipping times are ESTIMATES given by the postal service and are NOT guaranteed. Shipping is taking longer due to the global pandemic & can also take longer due to circumstances outside our control (bad weather, postal strikes) and around all major holidays, especially Christmas. Please order accordingly.

Canada: 3-7 business days
International Shipping
First Class: 10-30 days.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes. We gladly accept cancellation within 24 hours after ordering.
Can I Return And Refund?
Currently we only accept return for quality deficiency or wrong order. Please just send us a message about the return. We guarantee will make it right.
If An Order Is Marked Undeliverable
If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us.
Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a reshipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
If The Item Arrives Damaged
If for any reason your order was damaged in the mail, please contact us within 48hrs of the order’s arrival, along with a photo of the damaged item and the package. We would be more than happy to send you a replacement. You do not have to return the item to us.
