Its a solid device with very straight forward instructions.

Finally received the product and it is working great! It was very easy for my husband to install and everything went smoothly getting it connected to our Alexa. The install video provided perfect step by step instructions so that he was able to tweak our existing Heat n Glow wiring to fit this item as shown in the video. The only issue I encountered was USPS took longer to deliver the item because they sent it through a few more distribution centers in Utah and New Mexico after it had already arrived in Colorado the first time.

Matt was great to work with. The connections he provided did not match my setup but was easy enough to fix. Connection and setup with Alexa takes less than 15 minutes.

I bought this to replace my previous switch (Duraflow). This was easy to install and I like that I can use one of my Kasa switches to control the device. The item is priced fairly and the customer service was very prompt. Really happy with this product and I recommend to anyone who needs to turn their fireplace on from their couch.

Easy install easy alexa connection

Had to cut the crisp connectors to make it work with my fireplace but it was an easy installation and it works great!
