Dear Valued Customer, We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your order. As previously discussed, the logo provided was printed onto the thermos within the designated safe margin. Printing the logo any larger would have warped the logo. Additionally, we are unable to modify logos; we only engrave the provided design. We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations, but we have adhered to all applicable guidelines. Thank you for your feedback.
