12/13/2025: I am working the orders as quickly as possible. I am seeing a lot of delays in USPS due to the holiday volume so..... if you want your items by Christmas, then you may need to use the update shipping when checking out. I cannot guarantee you will get it in time for Christmas. I also cannot send an order same day -- I am trying to get things shipped the next day. Most of my delays are due to MISSING information. PLEASE check your ETSY messages.

Welcome to my shop. All items are customized by me personally in my pet friendly smoke-free house. I use either machine embroidery or high end heat transfer vinyl -- it will be indicated in the listing. All images in my shop are MY images, they are not mock-ups. You will get something that looks almost identical to the image.

One of the most important things for me is quality. I strive to provide the highest quality product to my customers.

PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THE REQUESTED INFORMATION - THIS IS THE BIGGEST REASON YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELAYED. I NEED TO KNOW THREAD COLOR (SPECIFIC COLOR), FONT, INITIALS - PLEASE GIVE FULL NAME SO I AM 100% SURE.

If I do not receive the requested information, I will need to cancel your order.

Turn Around Time:
Turnaround is generally 7 - 10 days or less - if it is going to be longer, I will let you know.
