Where do I type my personalization?
For all customized items please include the text in the personalization box, add each item separately.
How Do I order Multiple Items?
To order more than one item please including all the name in the personalization box separately. Add each item to your cart and checkout with them together. This will combine shipping.
How long does shipping take?
- First Class (standard) shipping takes anywhere from 2-10 business days for the U.S. and 10-14 or more depending on customs business days internationally.
- Priority shipping takes 1-3 Business days within the U.S. and 6-10 internationally. The closer we get to Christmas we highly recommend selecting priority shipping for faster delivery!
- Priority Express (Overnight) takes 1-2 business days within the U.S. and 3-5 internationally.
