5 out of 5 starsI will be using the wool balls as berries in a dragon crib mobile that I am making. I will tuck them into felt leaves in a small grapevine wreath and place them coming down the strands of twine with the small dragons attached. They are perfectly symmetrical 1 cm balls. They are exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you, Rosemary

Felt Ball Specifics
- Ethically handmade in Nepal from 100% New Zealand sheep wool.
- Dyed using eco-friendly and non-toxic colors.
- A fair trade product.
- Please remember: these felt balls are handmade. Therefore, their sizes will not be exact and may vary slightly from one felt ball to the next.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please see item for return and exchange eligibility. Items that are personalized are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a mistake was made on our part. Please contact us if this is the case. Any felt balls ordered over the size of Large (4.5 cm) or felt shapes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund, returned products must be in unused, new condition and in original packaging. We will not accept packages that have "postage due" once they arrive to our return address. Please make sure you pay all shipping fees associated with your return.
If requesting an order cancellation, it must be within 3 hours of purchase. Anything outside this window will be given store credit.
International Shipping
Wool Mob will refund all shipping overages for international shipments.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. Wool Mob can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, so beyond what Etsy calculates and/or collects we don’t add anything additional to your order. Wool Mob isn’t responsible for any charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on Etsy nor are they applied to the postage paid for international shipments.
Undeliverable or Lost Package
Please make sure that you have entered the right shipping address. If you didn't receive your item due to incorrect shipping details, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. If you decide to not have order re-shipped, you will be refunded for your order less shipping costs.
In addition, please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your packaged will be delivered. If your shipment is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please get in contact immediately with your local post office or carrier. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and Wool Mob will not replace at our expense.
Late or Delayed Delivery
Once your order leaves our office and is scanned by the respective carrier, its progress is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery.
Custom Felt Ball Shapes and Sizes
We do offer the ability to order custom shapes and sizes (sizes include anything larger than our 4.5 cm felt ball). Custom orders like this typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Contact us for more information today!
Slingshot Safety Guidelines
- WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Small parts. For ages 3 and up.
- Children should be supervised by an adult when using a slingshot and 2 cm felt balls.
- Always wear eye protection.
- Only use Wool Mob felt balls as ammo.
- Do not aim at or shoot at eyes, face, people, and animals.
- Once stretched, keep face and other vulnerable body parts away from the band’s rebound path.
- Discontinue use if the slingshot shows any sign of damage.
- If latex bands appear to show weakness or are breaking, discontinue use immediately.
- Only put hand through the leather wrist strap when holding the slingshot. Do not wrap it around the wrist or other body parts.
- Do not modify the slingshot.
