Our jewellery is handmade to order and as such it is non-returnable. However, if we are at fault and a spelling mistake has been made on your order we will of course be more than happy to offer you a full refund or product exchange. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns unless you have contacted us first, so if you think we've made a mistake on your order please email us a photograph and we'll take it from there.

We want you to love your jewellery, so if you are unhappy in any way please get in touch and we'll see what we can do to resolve any issues you may have.

If you have chosen a necklace or bracelet that can be personalised, all the letters or numbers will be stamped by hand, and as such they will not be perfectly aligned or straight. This gives each jewellery piece its own unique character, quirkiness and charm. Handstamping helps to create that unique handmade look and finish that comes from a piece of jewellery that was created especially for you, by a skilled craftsperson and not a machine, on an assembly line. This is why we prefer to stamp our handmade jewellery, rather than use alternative methods like machine engraving.
