We are so excited to be offering these unique retro food art designs. They are HD quality with bright vibrant colors. Everything in our shop is made by hand here at our family operated printshop in the lovely little town of Mapleton, Iowa.

These signs are made of high quality aluminum panels with a white acrylic printing surface on one side. They are .020 gauge which is just a bit thinner than a traffic sign. The back is shinny aluminum and the front is printed with your approved design. The signs are produced using professional dye sublimation printing which allows for a full color HD quality print and doesn’t fade, crack, or chip. 




How its made:


1. Each sign is cut to 5 x 15 inches from our stock panels on our homemade one-of-a-kind nibbing table saw. 


2. The design is printed using sublimation dye ink and pressed into the metal on our heat press machine. Dye Sublimation is a heat transfer process that permanently bonds the colors directly into the surface of the metal using high
pressure and heat. 


3. The signs are then quality checked and sprayed with a UV/scratch protective coating to prevent fading outdoors and to
protect from general use.


4. Holes for hanging/mounting are added in the top and bottom of center. The corners and edges are sanded to remove excess sharpness. 


5. The finished product is shipped to you in minimal but study reused cardboard packaging via USPS with priority 2-3 day service.

To display your sign you can hang, mount, frame, or place on an easel. A simple rusty nail or antique iron tack works great. You can also use 3M foam tape for a shadow box/ floating panel look. The signs also make great starting pieces for a multitude of craft and DIY projects such as wreaths, collages, and other decor items.
