Samples for custom physical coloring book orders will be sent before printing begins. If I do not receive approval of your design within 2 days before your order is due. Printing will begin with/without approval. Refunds WILL NOT be given because the customer is unhappy with an unapproved printed order.

Standard shipping is free! All coloring book orders are shipped USPS Standard Ground Mail which takes 2 to 9 business days for delivery AFTER your order has shipped.

You can also upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail for an additional $10.00, which takes 1 to 4 business days for delivery AFTER your order has been shipped. Or Express Mail for an additional $25.00, which takes 1 to 2 business days for delivery AFTER your order has been shipped.

UPGRADING YOUR SHIPPING METHOD DOES NOT AFFECT/SHORTEN YOUR PROCESSING TIME.

You have up to 24 hours to cancel/change your digital order. And 48 hours to cancel or change printed orders.

Once your sample has been sent for approval OR the allotted time has passed, you CANNOT cancel your order.

Refunds are ONLY provided if there was a mistake made on my end. YOU MUST CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER BEING DELIVERED AND RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF IT BEING DELIVERED.

I WILL NOT provide refunds because of misprints due to non-approval, you did not place the order in enough time to arrive before your event's day, carrier delays, the package was lost during transit, or the package was damaged during transit.

The sale starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.

I do not accept custom orders for any of the featured items of the week. If you purchase a Featured Item of The Week and request another design, your order will be canceled.

However, if you want a custom design made, a custom order will be created at the normal price.

Featured items of the week will not be listed during a sale.

You CANNOT use any other discount or coupon code when buying a featured item of the week.

Listings are intended for personal usage and are not to be printed and sold to a third party as we hold the copyright for our designs.

•Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
•In some cases, deliveries may be reported as delivered up to 36 hours before arrival. We suggest waiting 1-2 days for the package to be delivered.

My current availability is 9 am to 6 pm. If you send a message after 6 pm, please expect a response the next morning. If you send a message after 6 pm on Friday, or on Saturday, or Sunday. Please expect a response Monday morning. Proofs will no longer be sent over the weekend. If you place an order close to the weekend, two additional days will be added to your processing time because processing times do not include the weekend days or Holidays.

I love my customers, and I love what I do. But I am a single mother of two special needs children. I also homeschool 4 days a week. And the business owner of two companies. Therefore I will now be using the evenings and weekends to relax and spend time with family and friends.

For all instant downloads that are priced at $10.00, you will be able to add your Child's Name & Age to the book cover through Corjl. The coloring book pages are non-editable and will need to be downloaded through Etsy under the My Account Tab.

For all instant downloads that are priced at $12.00, you will be able to add your Child's Name & Age to the book cover through Corjl. As well as add their Name & Age throughout the coloring book pages where allowed.

The design and theme cannot be changed. If the theme does not fit your needs you will need to place a custom digital order.

Please take caution during hot temperatures if you are ordering an order that contains crayons.

Do not place an order containing crayons with Standard Shipping.

I recommend Priority/Express shipping so your crayons do not melt. Or place an order for coloring books only.

Exchanges/Refunds will not be provided for melted crayons if your order was placed with standard shipping.
