Item was purchased to use on a laser engraver. When imported into the program item was unusable due to several 'open items' that cannot be used as fill or line in the engraver.

This review is clearly unfair since the file is clearly of very good quality. We already spoke privately and I have shown you that the file quality is not an issue. Also I refunded the product since you are not happy with the purchase. I hope that I am wrong but I am suspecting that this was done on purpose since you sell similar file
