A quick way to score the WISC-V (Weschsler Intelligence Scale for Children - Fifth Edition). All you have to do is enter in the dates and raw scores after administering the test and the easy to use excel form will automatically fill in the Standard scores, Composite scores, comparisons, strengths/weaknesses, base rates and create two graphs describing the test results. The template also includes a page for the Process Analysis. Included is one spreadsheet with three tabs (one for raw scores and analysis, one for process analysis and the other for graphs). This autoscoring template uses American/English norms only. The template should only be used by mental health and medical professionals with at least some experience scoring the WISC-V.
