Tangled Up in Hue and Blue Boxer Arts strive to ensure the highest standard when shipping out items to our customers. Unfortunately, there are rare circumstances where packages are lost, damaged, stolen, delayed, returned or missing.

To avoid a shipping delay or missing item, please review the shipping address associated with your order. Most often delayed, missing or returned items are due to a buyer error in the shipping address. Make sure names and street names are spelled correctly and that all details like apartment or suite numbers are clearly listed. Tangled Up in Hue and Blue Boxer Arts do not modify address information during the shipping process. The address entered at the time of purchase, is the address that will appear on the shipping label.

Once an item is shipped out to an address, the tracking process begins. If the tracking indicates that an item has been delivered to the address provided, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a policy report and claim with USPS for the missing item. Tangled Up in Hue and Blue Boxer Arts are not held responsible for the replacement for any packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided.

If the tracking information is inconclusive, both the buyer and the seller should reach out to USPS to try to track the package. If the item is getting returned because of an insufficient address, we require a waiting period of 14 days before we will issue a refund or send out a replacement order. We do this because often the package is either still on its way to the buyer or being returned to us because of shipping address errors made during purchasing. Once we receive the item back, we will ship out a new item to you. Additionally, if the package was returned because of an incorrect address, the buyer will need to pay any additional shipping charges associated with the order.

If the tracking information is incomplete and the buyer has not received the item within 14 days, the buyer must contact Tangled Up in Hue and Blue Boxer Arts to receive a full refund or a replacement item. For these circumstances, we will waive any additional shipping fees associated with the order.
