Digital Downloads
TEMPLATES/VECTORS/PATTERNS
are offered as instant digital downloads for editing them in each needed program; basic knowledge of each program is needed. Please read each product description carefully to see which program is needed. No physical item will be sent in no one case.
PRINTS
are offered as instant digital downloads of the shown artwork in various ratios for printing at home/local print shop/online print service. No physical item will be sent, and frames are not included.
Once your payment is processed the digital file(s) will be available via Etsy's digital file delivery service for downloading (it can take some minutes).
The downloaded files are .zip files and first, have to be unzipped to get access to all.
Licenses
TEMPLATES/VECTORS/PATTERNS
come always with a STANDARD LICENCE FOR 1 PERSON FOR PERSONAL USE AND TO REPRESENT YOUR OWN BUSINESS.
If you want o use TEMPLATES/VECTORS/PATTERNS commercial (client work, sell physical items) an ADDITIONAL EXTENDED LICENSE is needed. Please check the "extended license listings" in my shop for this purpose.
PRINTS
come always with a STANDARD LICENCE FOR 1 PERSON FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. An extended license for commercial purposes is not available.
Additional licenses rules
ADDITIONAL CLIENT EXTENDED LICENSE RULES
- A product + extended license purchase allows being used by 1 person/company for 1 product for 1 client. For another client, you have to buy the same PRODUCT + CLIENT EXTENDED LICENCE again to get new licenses.
- Client gets only end product files like JPEG, PNG, PDF, MP4 & not editable files like PSD, AI, EPS, INDD, IDML.
- Printing is allowed up to 1000 copies. If 2000 copies are needed, then you have to buy the product a second time & so on.
ADDITIONAL SVG/PATTERN/VECTOR EXTENDED LICENSE RULES
SVG/pattern extended license allows 1 person/company to sell up to 200, 500 or unlimited units of a physical product that were created with 1 of my designs (part of the design).
Sortware/Printing
SOFTWARE
Every product description has a detailed program statement, so you always have an exact statement which program version is needed. Please check the description carefully before buying to be sure this product suits for you.
PRINTING TEMPLATES/VECTORS/PATTERN
Please make sure before making printing files, that all program/template conditions are ready to print.
PRINTING PRINTS
Print at home/local print shop/online print service. I recommend to use/order on bright good quality card, art paper, heavyweight paper or similar.
Generally, due to different monitor/printing paper colors, the colors may vary slightly.
AgataCreate is not responsible for printing errors.
Fonts & images
Due to copyright issues, I can not provide font and image files themselves within products but you will always get all needed links with a purchase if present. Please read the product description carefully to see exactly what you will receive.
Preview images
All used mock-ups and/or images in previews are only for presentation and not included in the purchases. Please read the product description carefully to see exactly what you will receive.
Product issues
If you will have problems with a product, then please write in and I will check and do my best to solve the problem.
Design polices
AgataCreate retains all rights to purchased designs. You can not share, resell or redistribute the original files themselves in whole or in part (not digital and not printed). It`s also not permitted to use my products as freebies/giveaways or claim them as your own. It`s not permitted to use any product with third-party/print on demand services like Zazzle or Cafe Press.
All templates are non-exclusive and are sold multiple times.
