Q: I did not receive my download link. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, log into your Etsy account, go to Purchases & Reviews, and download directly from there. If you continue to have trouble, please send me a message and I will help you right away.
Q: I noticed a typo or small error in one of the pages. What should I do?
Thank you so much for letting me know! I review and update my files regularly, but occasionally a small typo may slip through. Please contact me through Etsy messages with the listing name and a brief description of the issue, and I will send you a corrected version as soon as possible. Usually within 24–48 hours.
Q: Can you customise a tracker with my name or different colours?
I do not currently offer personalised customisation, but I would love to hear your ideas. Feel free to send me a message. Some requests may inspire future products for the whole Balanced Pixels community.
Q: Can I print these pages more than once?
Yes! For personal use you can print your pages as many times as you need. This makes digital downloads excellent value , print a fresh habit tracker every month, or a new meal plan every week.
Q: Do I need a special printer or paper?
No special printer is needed. Standard home printers work perfectly. For best results, I recommend printing on 80–100 gsm paper. If you want a more premium feel, 120 gsm or a matte finish paper looks beautiful.
Q: Can I share or resell the files I purchase?
All files are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or using the designs commercially is not permitted. Each design is the intellectual property of Balanced Pixels.
Q: How can I contact you?
The best way to reach me is through Etsy messages. I am a one-person shop and I read every message personally. I aim to reply within 24 hours, Monday to Sunday. Whether you have a question, spotted a typo, or just want to say hello , I would love to hear from you.
