What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Please note that while not common sometimes items do arrive damaged and we DO NOT control the carrier. We use both UPS and USPS to deliver your items. All items are packaged with care, packaging material and in a "crush proof box." If your item does arrive damaged you need to report it within 48hrs of delivery. Depending on the extent of the damage a discount, refund or even a claim with the carrier may need to be filed. If the carrier is USPS in order to file the claim you will have to go in person to the post office to physically report the damage. This is THEIR policy. This discretion is up to the shop. We value feedback and our customers and our customers satisfaction and try our best to rectify each situation on an individual basis.
Do all boxes look the same?
While we try our best to chose material with excellent quality and tones. Please keep in mind that each batch of wood will have slightly different hues and due to the fact that each item is custom made to order no two pieces will look the same or are created the same. In addition, depending on what screen you are using to browse our products, tones may be slightly different as well. Please also note that wood naturally has defects. Not every box is the exact same. There may be knots, wood grain, cracks, missing chunks, and natural imperfections in your wood as this is a natural element. There cab be slightly different shades and darkness of each individual box. WE DO NOT give discounts or refunds for natural imperfections in the wood.
