Shipping policies

I use standard Royal Mail delivery services for all our orders including international. Over years these services have proved to be reliable (with only occasional delays)as well as affordable. There is NO TRACKING facility , though, offered by these services. If you would like TRACKING to be provided for your order, please, upgrade the shipment to "Tracked" or "Sign For" for an extra fee of listed.

Care instructions

To clean the jewelry, please wash with warm soap water and wipe dry. Polishing with a jewelry cloth will make the 14k gold pieces look brand new. With proper care, the jewelry can be with you for a long time!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All the pieces are safely packaged in a baspoke gift box. Due to the shape of some earrings and necklaces, I might use jewelry pins to keep them in the place. Please beware of them and be careful not to hurt yourself when taking them out.
