While the iron-on backing creates a strong hold when applied correctly, sewing the patch in place will always provide the most secure and long-lasting attachment. Individual results may vary depending on the material, application method, and adherence to the provided instructions.

Every custom order is created based on the information and artwork provided by the customer. Please review all spelling, dates, names, and design details carefully before submitting your order. Memory Bank Customs is not responsible for errors provided during the ordering process.

Wood and slate are natural materials, and variations in grain, texture, color, engraving contrast, and edge appearance are normal. These natural differences make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Most listings are pre-made with the exception of personalization on select items. Customers that request personalization and ALL custom orders will have processing times that vary based on order volume and design complexity.

Complex artwork may require additional discussion or modifications before production to ensure the best engraving results.
