Crafting Gut Health with Kombucha
Welcome to my "nest"! My name is Jessica, and Nested Sol Booch is the result of my deep love for my family and a fascination with the science of health.
The name of my shop comes from my two sons—my "birds in the nest." As a mother, I wanted to create a lifestyle that allowed me to be present for them while pursuing my passion for wellness. Every kit and culture I send out is treated with the same care I give to my own family’s health.
After serving over 12 years in the United States Air Force, I transitioned into the world of nutrition. Currently, I am a Dietetics student, and I love diving into the power of the gut microbiome. I don't just brew kombucha; I have fun with it! I love to study it and make art with it.
To me, gut health shouldn't be a chore—it should be a celebration. I believe that food is a canvas and we can make our own beautiful foods that are incredibly beneficial to our bodies. When you drink live-cultured kombucha, you are introducing a "community" of beneficial bacteria that communicates with your immune system and your brain.
