5 out of 5 starsThis is most disappointing. I finally wore the coat to go out in the very cold weather. The zipper is cheap and not very sturdy, and it only goes up part way. I had to have another fastener put on and my throat is still exposed. I wrote to the vendor asking about size recommendation and never got a response, just the coat in the mail. The pockets are difficult to get into. I’m super disappointed with this whole experience. I

4 out of 5 starsSeller is prompt with communication. I am pleased with the quality of the fabric and that alone. The item is not as pictured though. The black coat has external pockets instead of hidden and the collar is big on edges. Unfortunately the belt loops broke and the coat hasnt been worn yet. I wanted to love this coat but can't. To have it altered would cost as much as the peice. Now in the process of trying to return it back to China. *sigh
