Please ensure before purchasing you are happy with the delivery options and turnaround time displayed – We make all our items by hand from raw materials so this time includes manufacturing and delivery of the item/items to your address.
(1) Standard Parcel deliveries
Small items can be sent on either an overnight service or a 2-3 day delivery service. No specific time slot can be given and parcels must be signed for. If a parcel cannot be delivered then a card will be left explaining that it has been returned to the depot. Please follow the directions on the card to arrange for another delivery or to collect in person.
Items usually covered by the small parcel delivery include: Hallway console table, Small desks, Laser cut signs, Rugger Desk (size dependent) and all other small bespoke orders
(2) Standard Courier service (Pallets)
We use a number of independent one man couriers who cover most of England, Wales and Scotland.
We will contact you when your order is near completion to arrange a convenient delivery date, please make a note of the turn around time when placing an order.
Heavy or bulky items will require some assistance to unload the van and carry to your property. Delivery will only be to the front door of the property, unless agreed in advance.
Generally the courier will be happy to assist getting the item into your home unless it proves a risk to his health or your property. All deliveries are at the courier’s discretion
Deliveries are between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We can request that the courier will contact you prior to delivery but we cannot specify a particular time slot. Saturday Deliveries can be arranged if previously agreed and incur a premium of +£30. This is a price levied by the courier not by ourselves.
