Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?
Please contact me. In most cases I am able to change your address. I may cancel your order and ask you to place a new order depending on the order value, shipping destination (example: all international orders), no timely response, buyer history, etc.
No refunds in the case that your order has already been shipped.
Best way to avoid this situation is to always double check your shipping address before placing your order! I cannot stress this enough as I am not responsible for wrong addresses.
My order was damaged in the mail! What do I do?
Immediately take photos of the outside of your package and in the contents of your package.
While I am not responsible for damage made by the postal service, every incident will be judged case by case. I may offer a replacement if possible.
Contact me ASAP!
My order never arrived OR the postal office returned it to you. What do I do?
> If your package never arrived and your tracking is stuck in one place for more than 7 days, contact me.
> If your package never arrived but your tracking says it has been delivered, I unfortunately will not be able to do anything. Please check with your neighbors and contact your local postal office to have it resolved.
> If the postal office returned the order to me and it is reflected with your tracking, contact me. If the order is replaceable, I will let you know and you have a few options:
1) Have your order (minus shipping fees) refunded.
2) Have a replacement shipped after paying a second shipping fee. You may update/change your address then.
Will you offer shipping to (specific country)?
Currently I'm only shipping within the US. All international shipping will be paused indefinitely. I manage this shop by myself and at this time, I don't have the capacity to keep up with the ever-changing global policies and have my shop be in compliance. I hope in the future I will find the time/energy to offer international shipping once again. Thank you for understanding.
Can I pickup my order in person or at a convention you will be at?
Unfortunately this is not option. If you place an order through my store, I must ship the order to you.
When are orders shipped out?
Once a week! Sometimes my schedule is busier than usual and may take 1-2 extra days to ship out.
