Item is exactly as pictured/described. It's a perfect template for keeping track of what you like/don't like about any particular strain. You can check back on your notes and keep different strains for different purposes. I like to keep track of which varieties are better for sleep and which are better tor remaining energetic and productive. The file delivery was instant through Etsy and printed with no issues whatsoever. I will definitely be checking back for more interesting products/files from this shop!
