1 out of 5 starsMy order from this vendor started off fine, then the vendor became unreachable when it came time to shipping my order. I ordered 2 tumblers with Granddad & Grandmom etched in them. This was going to be part of an announcement gift to let my in-laws know they are going to be grandparents for the first time. The vendor and I chatted back and forth about the font style and the shipment date. Everything seemed fine at first. Three weeks later I reached out to her b/c my order had not shipped yet and it should have. I got no response. I tried reaching out to her 3 more times within the span of a week, no response. I had to open a case with Etsy. They gave her about 2 weeks to get in touch with me to resolve it. On the very last day she had to resolve it I received a notification that I was getting a refund. Use someone else!

And she sent me something Extra and a card and I couldn't be happier , I will deff do business with her again if I need anything !!! I'm excited to use these on my wedding day !!!!!Highly recommend

A proof will not be sent for personalized items unless requested. Custom designs will receive a proof within 72 hours (Monday through Friday)
Gift wrapping and packaging
I can not offer gift wrapping however I can include a personalized card with the shipment, just leave a message in the note to seller at checkout with the occasion and what you would like it to say
Stainless steel tumblers
Any of the designs found on the glassware can be put onto a stainless steel tumbler, just send me a custom order request and I will be happy to create a custom listing for you.
Can the etching be colored?
No at this time I have not discovered a method to color the etching that I feel comfortable offering (hopefully that will change in the near future)
