4 out of 5 starsIncorrect item received. Attempted to contact seller X3(once every 7 days). 1st attempt received automated response immediately reporting seller was out of office during non working hours. That was 3 weeks ago. Have submitted 2 additional inquiries to seller. One every 7 days allowing for response if seller was burdened otherwise. No response received. Very disappointed as I was so looking forward to creating a bracelet via kit I ordered for my daughter for her birthday but received the wrong item. Would appreciate a response re resolution whether it be receiving the correct item ordered, which is preferred, or a refund if unable. Full refund received. Appreciate the response. Thank you!
