If you do not receive the email link after confirmation of your order, please send us a message and we will send you the link.

You will receive a simple step-by step instruction guide to help you edit, save and download your template.

You can download the instruction guide PDF from the “purchases and reviews’ tab of your Etsy account

Please note: The SIZE and ORIENTATION (landscape or portrait) of the template cannot be edited. The dimension and orientation of the template are listed in the product description. Please read the description carefully before purchasing.

• If you encounter issues with editing the template, please feel free to send us an etsy convo and we will be happy to assist you. You can try the free demo available by clicking the demo link in the product description listing.

Unfortunately, we do not provide customization service as in changing the layout or design of the template according to your preference.

Due to the nature of our template(s) being digital templates, we are unable to provide any refunds or exchanges. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

We recommend printing on thick card stock of 80 lb - 110 lb for a professional look. Please choose COVER card stock and not INDEX card stock. If you are printing at home, most home printers should be able to print 80 - 110lb cardstock without any problem.

Please ensure your home printer is capable of producing the print quality you desired. We recommend doing a test print to check the quality. Different print settings of your printer and the type of card stock (e.g. linen, shimmer, glossy etc.) used can give varying results. If you are not confident to print it at home, we strongly advise you to get it printed at a copy center, online printer or professional print shop. We will not take responsibility for the poor print quality.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the text you entered into the template. 1CreativeMastermind shall not be held responsible for the printing costs incurred due to any misspellings, wrong information, grammatical errors on your part. Please make sure you double-check for any errors before downloading the template and printing them.

The actual colors on the print out may vary slightly from those you see on your screen, depending on how your monitor is calibrated. 1CreativeMastermind cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized rendering of the template file(s) resulting in poor print quality or printing error caused by your printer or the printing company.

The purchase of our template (s) is permitted for ONE-TIME USE ONLY for a SINGLE project or event. You are not allowed to create new template(s) or share the template(s) with others for various events or different projects.

The template(s) will be available for ONE(1) year from the date of purchase.

You are permitted to edit and download your template as many times as you would like for editing and proofing purposes only.

The editing and printing of the content, graphics or templates from 1CreativeMastermind is solely for your own personal (non-commercial) use only.

1CreativeMastermind reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with the terms stated.
