WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
21st Prints believes in customer satisfaction. If you find any defect in our print, we will make it perfect for you. This includes any manufacturer's defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches, or fading. If this occurs, we will either replace your canvas print or fix it at our cost.
When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packagings and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it, and it's can't be used. All returns MUST be done within 60 days of the date of purchase. We cannot give refunds or replacements after the 60-day limit has expired.
Return for custom orders can't be applied.
Do you offer both physical prints and digital downloads?
Yes! We offer premium canvas prints, posters, and instant digital downloads. Physical prints are shipped ready-to-hang, while digital files can be downloaded instantly after purchase.
How do digital downloads work?
After purchase, go to Etsy > Your Account > Purchases & Reviews, find your order, and click Download Files. You’ll receive high-resolution JPG files in multiple aspect ratios that can be printed at home, at a print shop, or online.
Can I get a custom size or design?
Absolutely! If you need a specific size, quote, or color variation, send us a message. We’ll gladly customize your artwork to match your space.
What sizes are included with digital prints?
All digital downloads come with multiple aspect ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14, and more). This covers popular frame sizes like 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24, 24x36, 30x40, and others.
What materials are used for your canvas prints?
Our canvas prints are made from archival-quality cotton canvas with fade-resistant inks for vivid, lasting colors. Each piece is professionally stretched and ready to hang.
