Do you accept exchanges and returns?
We do currently offer exchanges and returns. You have 30 days to send back your item for a return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive the order and inspect that it's in excellent condition, we will either refund immediately or start processing the exchange.
Can I enclose a gift note?
I'm sorry, but with the way that my shop works, I cannot enclose any gift notes at this time.
Is there a guarantee I'll receive my item by a certain date?
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular shipping. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control. However, express priority shipping is available at checkout. Please note, this does NOT mean that the processing time will be shortened.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it or return it?
Absolutely! Please message us with the size you'd like and to get the return address. Please return within 30 days of delivery. Once we inspect that the returned item is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
What size should I get?
Every product has a sizing chart included within the product images. For the best fit, please refer to the measurement instructions within the production description.
We try to describe the size and feel of each apparel in each product listing as best as we can, but if you'd like to do some research and know further detail on the apparel we use, see the following brand and model of each below:

Is this shirt/sweatshirt/hoodie unisex?
Unless EXPLICITLY stated, 99% of our apparel is unisex.
TANK TOPS ARE WOMENS SIZES.
Why did I only receive one of my items?
Different items have different processing times, so they ship out separately. For example, if you order a shirt and a mug, and only received the mug, rest assured, your shirt is still on its way to you.
However! If you ordered the same type of item (for example: 2 shirts, OR 2 mugs, OR 2 sweatshirts) and you didn't receive all of them, please do let me know. I will get the rest of it out to you ASAP!
