What is Your Return Policy?
Preserved or dried flowers or plants cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-plant items (vases, bowls, etc) can be returned within 15 days of receiving the item. The item must be in new condition with no damage or signs of use. You will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 30% restocking fee which you will need to agree to before any return can be initiated. After we receive and inspect the item, the refund minus shipping and restocking costs will be granted. Any damage on the returned item will be estimated and deducted from the refund if applicable.
