All of my designs are made by hand and therefore may vary a little from the picture, as every piece is unique. The leather used is always ethically sourced....I love animals!

Payment

Payment must be made in full before any items are sent. I accept most credit and debit cards via Paypal.

Shipping

All shipping defaults to standard shipping. This option takes 2-3 weeks for delivery, you will not be able to track the parcel and you will not be insured. If you would prefer to use a faster, more secure service with insurance, please let me know and I will be happy to get a quote for you.

Please be aware that as soon as I post the item it is unfortunately in the hands of the post office and I cannot be held responsible for delays. Please check with your local customs before ordering to ensure that you are not charged any unexpected fee's from them, as any import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional policies and FAQs

When making a purchase, please keep in mind that, as much as I try to photograph items clearly, colours can appear different due to different monitor settings. Also, due to the natural nature of leather, there may be some slight inconsistencies in the texture, grain or colour. I like to think of them as 'beauty spots', but if you find anything at all you don't like about your bag, you are more than welcome to send it back for an exchange.

All digital download items are for personal use only. You may have these printed as cards, mugs, banners, artworks.....the possibilities are endless, as long as they are for your personal use. If you are intending to sell these items, please get in touch & I'll be happy to discuss print rights & prices with you.
As with physical items, colours may appear differently depending on your monitor settings. Please keep this in mind when printing.
