Frequently asked questions
Customs
International orders may include additional Customs fees. You must be aware of Customs requirements in your own country. I am unable to calculate these fees in advance. You are responsible for all taxes and Customs requirements.
International packages are often detained in Customs for pick up. If you haven't received your bag, check with your Customs agent.
No refunds on items or shipping for packages you have not picked up from Customs.
EUROPEAN UNION
If you live in the European Union and wish to return a package, you are responsible for return shipping.
Shipping
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are entirely dependent upon the Postal Service. International shipping can take as much as 8 weeks.
Orders over 100.00 will require a signture at delivery.
PLEASE be sure that the address you provide to Etsy is correct. If you provide an incorrect address, and your package is lost, you will be responsible for the lost item.
If your shipping address is in the US and you have provided a correct address and you do not receive your package within 14 days, please let me know and I will work with you to a resolution. Keep in mind that once your package is received by the post service, I have absolutely no control over shipping. If tracking shows that your item has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

We do not wholesale.

Please measure wrist and ankles for accurate sizing. Returns will not be accepted due to size issues.

To extend the life of your purchase, please refrain from getting it wet or wearing it during physical activities. Please be careful when clasping or unclasping!
