Arrived on time; item did break after a period of time BUT it was dangled on a belt, so it may have been expected; didn't need to contact Customer Service, however, bet it is good

I'm very excited to be an Etsy Shop Owner and I love connecting with others who share similar interests. I created my shop while in the midst of pursuing my own Cosplay of Lara Croft for Dragon Con in 2013. Also, I've received a little bit of blog attention from the official Tomb Raider blog, Kataku, GeekXGirls and The Mary Sue! (http://on.fb.me/1dQdzNL , http://bit.ly/1wSfSRL , http://bit.ly/1BGJy9c )

Special thanks is due to my husband Emory, aka Player 2. Although he always supports me, he encouraged me beyond the point of annoyance to list my Lara Croft items on Etsy. I'm so glad he did! I get so much satisfaction working with my hands creating these accessories and I love connecting with other fans of Lara Croft and Cosplay in general. I'm convinced I have The Best customers and my only regret is that I get to meet so few of them in person.

I never sell anything that isn't up to my own (high) standards. I am proud of each and every final product that I supply and I hope you will love them too!
