I really hope you find a design you love! *** ALL MY DESIGNS CAN BE ALTERED TO FIT YOUR DESIRES*** If you want a design changed, I will be more than happy to do that for you. Please, PLEASE post pictures of your creations on my page. I would LOVE to see how you made these designs your own!
PLEASE READ!
I try SO hard to make sure every single design is delivered to you perfectly and without issue. I wish I could say technology comes with no issues, but technology can be downright EVIL. I would NEVER sell a flawed design in my shop nor will I EVER ignore a customer that has an issue. If you ever run into any flaw with one of my designs, please contact me and I will look into it immediately as I would never list a design knowing it is not perfect. PLEASE look over your purchased design to see if you need to do any adjusting to your cutting machines! Some designs do have thinner lines and smaller areas to cut, these may require some adjustments to your machines. If you are Printing straight from your printer you will need a program to size the image, as some are quite large. If You have ANY issue, PLEASE try contacting me before leaving a negative review as I will Make any alterations you need immediately after receiving your message. ***PLEASE NOTE!***
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A LISTING WITH MORE THAN ONE IMAGE! Your Files will be in ".ZIP" format. To get to your images you must UNZIP the files. This is easily done by either double clicking or right-clicking the file name. A quick google search will let you know which way to do it on your device.
***HOW TO ACCESS FILE ***
The digital file will be available in your Etsy Account under purchases after payment is complete. You can also access it by clicking the "You" section at the top right of the Etsy page and selecting "Purchases and Reviews". IF YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD FROM THE ETSY SITE OR APP PLEASE CONTACT ME! I will always email the images and bypass the Etsy site if an issue with downloading happens.
***WHERE ARE THE SVG's?!***
For SOME reason, Microsoft LOVES to transform SVG files into Chrome or Edge HTLM Documents sometimes.You can either download Firefox (Which seems to be the browser with the least issues), or contact me and I will send them directly to your email. Frequently asked questions
How do I download my files?
Your files will be made available to you within three minutes of purchase, depending on how fast payment takes to post. Check your Etsy receipt for a link to your files, OR go to your "You" section at the top right part of the Etsy screen and go down to "Purchases and Reviews". Your files will have a "Download" button to the right of the purchase confirmation.
What file do I use with Cricut Design space?
When using a Cricut for the cutting files, I recommend ONLY using the SVG version of the file.
How do I use Cricut design space?
Upload the SVG version of the file into Cricut design space. Your first step is to click "Ungroup". After you click "Ungroup", select all the images from the left side you want grouped into one color and then click "Attach". If the "Attach" button is grayed out it simply means something you have selected is grouped with something else. Simply right-click the design and click "Ungroup" and then try again. Repeat this process with however many colors of vinyl you will be using. Once your design is grouped into the colored files you want, click "Make It". Don't forget to "Mirror" your images before you cut them!
Can I use these design with heat transfer paper?
Yes! If you want to size your image, though, you must make sure you have a program to do this such as Word or Adobe (This is free). PLEASE read the instructions on your heat transfer paper to see which way you should feed this into your printer and if it is necessary to "Mirror" the image.
What versions of files do I receive with my purchase?
You will receive a SVG, EPS, DXF, PNG, and JPG version of every image in the listing.
Do I receive every image I see in bundle listings?
Yes! Say you are looking at a Birthday listing that shows five different designs and the price listed is $3. This means you will receive all five images in the listing and your total will be $3.
Do you give refunds for purchases made thinking the customer will receive a physical product(Such as a shirt or tote bag) shown in an image.
Unfortunately, No. Every thumbnail picture is either listed with SVG, EPS, DXF, PNG, JPG underneath a design, or a label with "IMAGE ONLY" listed on the thumbnail image. In every description under "PLEASE READ", it is again made known that these are only digital images and NO physical products are sent. The listings themselves are also listed as "Digital".
If there is a physical item (Such as a shirt) listed in the thumbnail, does that mean I am purchasing a shirt?
No. Please understand these are only digital designs. If the design is placed onto a physical product it is only there to show you an example of how it can look on a product.
Are You a Graphic Artist?
I Wish! Unfortunately, My skills are not good enough to be considered a "Graphic Artist". If you are looking for a very complex design, I will probably not live up to your expectations.
Do you allow commercial usage?
Absolutely! just keep an eye out for the trademarks:). None of mine are listed if trademarks are "LIVE' and registered, but new ones are approved every day.
