Custom and personalised orders

Made for Me welcomes custom orders. Please use the contact seller option or message me through Etsy to discuss your order requirements.

Custom orders will not be refunded and a deposit is required to confirm the order.

Custom orders are posted by registered mail so postage is calculated according to each order.

Postage & Registered Mail

Standard mail is used for all shipping in order to keep costs as low as possible for my customers. This means there is no signature on delivery. Please see 'Lost in the Mail' in store policies for additional information.

If you would prefer to have a signature, please contact me to arrange this for an extra cost. This is not included as standard in the store as the cost for registered mail is based on weight and destination.

If you are at all concerned about delivery, or need your item by a specific date, I strongly recommend using registered mail for the peace of mind and a relatively small increase in postage fee.

Lost in the Mail

Made for Me is not responsible for items which are lost in the mail.

Where you believe this has happened please first raise the non-delivery with your postal service who will investigate the delivery for you.

For Australian customers there is a tracking number provided with each order when it is dispatched. For international customers this tracking number will only confirm when the item left Australia.

If you are at all concerned about delivery, or need your item by a specific date I strongly recommend using registered mail for a small increase in the postage fee. See 'Postage & Registered Mail' in the store policies section for more details.

What is PUL or "Polyurethane Laminate"?

What is PUL?
"PUL" is an acronym for "Polyurethane Laminate" which is a process of bonding two fabrics together with a layer of Polyurethane.

This makes the material water resistant to everything but a dunking and soaking. The process of making PUL means it is BPA free.

Some of the PUL used by Made for Me is food safe, that means it can be used for lunch bags or other bags which may be used to hold food. Where this applies it is noted in the description of the item.

If you want a food safe PUL item, please contact the shop owner to discuss your requirements as this is could be a customisation.
