When she received it cross country, she promptly called to cheerfully say she was wearing her earrings and on her way to add to her garden the lovely and meaningful stake. Frequently asked questions
How quickly will my order be made and ready to ship?
I work 7 days a week in order to complete most orders within one to two business days. Occasionally I take a couple of days off which could extend that to 4 business days.
How will my order be shipped?
For orders within the 48 contiguous states, most small packages are shipped via first class USPS. Some orders will be upgraded to UPS or Fed Ex shipping depending on weight and location. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the most economical method available due to much high shipping costs to these areas.
NOTE: Most USPS shipments are delivered within a week but others may take longer than normal due to USPS issues, particularly around the holidays. When this happens it is naturally frustrating to everyone. I respectfully ask for patience in these circumstances as they are outside the control of both small businesses and consumers who rely on the USPS.
How and where are these products made?
My products are proudly handmade right here in the USA! I personally make each item here in my workshop to ensure my high quality standards are met. Thank you for supporting US based small business!
Package Tracking and Delivery
ALL of my packages are sent with tracking for guaranteed confirmation of delivery. Due to rampant package theft by "porch pirates", please have your order delivered to a SAFE location. Shipping insurance covers loss or damage caused by the carrier (USPS or UPS). All insurance ceases when your package is delivered. My shop cannot be responsible for theft or loss after the package is delivered.
