How is the order packaged?
Each order is carefully wrapped in tissue paper. It comes with a free thank you card print with a written message, thank you sticker, and personalized name sticker! It is shipped in a craft envelope and sent with love.
How is the order tracked?
We use Etsy shipping labels for our envelopes, and the tracking number can be used on Pitney Bowes website, not USPS!
If there are any issues with your order, please contact us through Etsy messages!
Refunds will be given minus the shipping fee provided the item is successfully returned to us. Buyers will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Replacements for flat items will be sent through stamps.
