Please contact us. We try to keep shipping costs low by using first class mail. While items usually arrive with in a few days of being shipped, it can take up to two weeks to receive your item, or for us to have the item returned to us if there is an issue with the address. Because of this, we will not replace items until two weeks after the item has shipped. As much as we would like to, we can't control the mail service. If you are concerned with getting your item faster or with a tracking number, we offer priority mail.

Bucking horses: Our vinyl decals are designed to be applied to smooth glossy surfaces such as windows and painted metals and are rated for outdoor durability.
Wall Decals: Wall decals are designed for indoor use and will have limited durability when applied to outdoor surfaces.

1. Clean the surface thoroughly. Wipe surface with rubbing alcohol and a lint free cloth before application. Decals are best applied to surfaces between 60 and 75 degrees.

2. Remove the white backing paper from the decal.

3. Apply the decal to the surface starting from the top and working downward using a credit card or hard plastic squeegee with firm pressure to prevent bubbles. Be careful not pull hard on the decal to prevent stretching.

4. Working from the center outwards, rub the decal with the credit card or squeegee to ensure that the decal sticks.

5. Carefully remove the clear transfer paper by pulling off at a 45 degree angle. If the decal comes up with the transfer paper, rub the decal back down again.

6. Sit back and enjoy!

2. Peel back the backing paper from the bottom half of the decal & cut away the paper.
3. Without letting the exposed adhesive touch the surface, place the decal and then work the exposed decal downward using a credit card or hard plastic squeegee.
4. Remove the remaining backing paper from the top and work the remaining decal upwards from the center out. Rub the decal down to ensure it sticks.
5. Carefully remove the clear transfer paper by pulling off at a 45 degree angle. If the decal comes up with the transfer paper, rub the decal back down again.

Decal life will be affected by where the decal is placed. Sun and harsh weather will decrease the life of your decal. For maximum decal life, do not place decals on rear windows with wipers in the path of the wiper blade. To ensure that your decal lasts, do not use a pressure washer directly on the decal as it will cause peeling. When cleaning vehicles, be careful not to wipe directly over the decal with any force as it can cause peeling. Eventually the weather gets the best of the decal, so if you see signs of peeling or cracking, especially on painted surfaces, it is time to replace the decal.
