5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely lovely i loved even the packaging the way it was wrapped i love the wax seal and paper makes me feel like its how it would arrive if i had ordered a perfume from a skilled maker in Yharnam the smell is very nice, i would say along the lines of an incense? with some spicy type of tones. i really love it and will be ordering it again in the future, and maybe trying some of the other perfumes

My package is lost/late/damaged, can something be done?
Yes, absolutely! Please, contact me with any concerns and I'll reply as soon as I can! I'm happy to help in any way possible- and if your package is ultimately unable to be saved (I myself have had a few packages delivered to me crushed and broken by the postal service despite apt packaging) or retrieved, I'm happy to offer a replacement, or a refund! Again, just contact me and I'll be ready to help sort things out! Please make sure to contact your local post office in cases of missing deliveries as well, as they have more power than I do in helping!
I found I don't personally like the scent of the perfume I ordered. Can I get something else?
It's nobody's fault- sometimes you pick up a new perfume without being able to try it, thinking it sounds just to your liking, only for it to not mesh with your preferences in the end. If you truly don't like your perfume, I can absolutely send you a discount code in the case of you wanting to try something else! (Unfortunately as I'm a small shop, I cannot afford offer free exchanges ;-;). Just contact me and I'll get to you as soon as I can to help sort things out!
