¡Me encanta diseñar para otros!
Mi objetivo como diseñador y propietario de una tienda es escuchar lo que necesita y poner mi corazón en ello para que sea perfecto para usted; no es raro tener múltiples revisiones; quiero que le guste. ¡La mejor sensación como dueño de una tienda de diseño es cuando el cliente está eufórico (algo sorprendido) con el diseño que creé para él y no puede esperar para usarlo y mostrárselo a otros!
Un poco sobre mí:
Soy algo introvertido y no soy bueno para elogiarme a mí mismo, así que compartiré los resultados de una prueba de búsqueda de fuerza que me hicieron.
Mis cinco puntos fuertes principales, según la evaluación de CliftonStrength, son:
Empatía - "... te anticipas a la necesidad"
Desarrollador: "...cuando interactúas con otros, tu objetivo es ayudarlos a experimentar el éxito", "...ellos saben que tu ayuda es genuina y satisfactoria para ti".
Relator - "... una vez que se ha establecido la conexión inicial, usted fomenta deliberadamente una profundización de la relación", "... para usted, una relación tiene valor sólo si es genuina".
Adaptabilidad - "... usted es, en el fondo, una persona muy flexible que puede seguir siendo productiva cuando las exigencias del trabajo lo llevan en muchas direcciones diferentes".
Responsabilidad - "... esta escrupulosidad por hacer las cosas bien y su ética impecable se combinan para crear... su reputación: absolutamente confiable".
Estoy orgulloso de estas fortalezas. Creo que es por eso que prospero cuando trabajo para los clientes.
¿Cómo diablos conseguí el nombre de mi tienda?
Hay dos razones para el 3B. Y para mí, ambos son muy importantes en cómo vivo mi vida. Primero, cuando comencé mi negocio, era ama de casa y tenía 3 niñas pequeñas. 💕 Cuando jugaban juntas, se hacían llamar Sister-B's. "B", porque nuestro apellido es Brobst... entonces, 3 B. Mi segunda conexión con 3B es una cita de Ralph Waldo Emmerson. En la cita, hay 3 "ser". La cita es muy simple, pero siento que si mis hijas la siguen, serán buenas personas; estas palabras han estado colgadas de manera prominente en nuestras paredes durante años.

I love to design for others!
My goal as a designer and shop owner, is to listen to what you are needing and put my heart into it to make it perfect for you - it is not unheard of to have multiple revisions - I want you to love it. The best feeling as a design shop owner is when the customer is elated (somewhat surprised) with the design I created for them and can not wait to use it and show others!!
A little about me:
I am somewhat an introvert and not good at singing my own praises, so I will share my results from a strength finder test that was given to me.
My top 5 strengths, per CliftonStrength Assessment, are:
Empathy - "... you anticipate the need"

I am proud of these strengths. I believe it is why I thrive when working for customers.
How in the world did I get my shop name?!?
There are two reasons for the 3B. And to me, they both are very important in how I live my life. First, when I started my business, I was a stay-at-home mom of 3 little girls. 💕 When they would play together, they called themselves the Sister-B's. "B", because our last name is Brobst... so, 3 B's. My second connection to 3B is a quote by Ralph Waldo Emmerson. In the quote, there are 3 "be"s. The quote is so simple, yet I feel if my girls live by it, they will be good people - these words have been prominently hung on our walls for years.
