3D Printed Gamer Gifts
I learned how to 3D print as a hobby while under lockdown in March 2020, and since then I have seen such a demand for 3D printed goods from friends, family, and co-workers that I decided to open up an Etsy shop! I want everyone to know what kind of cool things you can do with 3D printing.
I am an avid gamer and love video games of all different genres.
All of my 3D prints are made using PLA plastic (Polylactic Acid). PLA is both bio-based and biodegradable, non-toxic, and is considered safe by the Food and Drug Administration. PLA is made from purely organic materials by a controlled fermentation process of sugarcane or corn. PLA is a thermoplastic meaning it can be melted and reshaped as needed, making it recyclable. PLA bioplastic is also made from renewable resources, unlike industrial petroleum based plastics which use a finite resource (Rocio, 2020).
