I had an issue with an item damaged during shipping and instead of having to deal with a claim with the carrier, they promptly sent a replacement. A+ seller!

5 out of 5 starsSo Thunder is adorable and well crafted. My only complaint (and I have seen this in other reviews) is the head is very floppy. My daughter however couldn’t care. The way he is put together was well thought out. I did have to gorilla glue his neck and torso but that’s purely because my daughter is 5 so she isn’t as gentle as she should be. He got it shipped out quick but USPS lost it for awhile (not sellers fault) but still arrived in time. Thank you!
