By placing an order through this shop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in addition to Etsy's Terms of Use.
## Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to factors such as screen calibration, lighting conditions, manufacturing processes, material characteristics, or normal production tolerances.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may include accessories, display items, or props that are not included with the purchase.
## Handmade Manufacturing
Unless otherwise specified, products are individually manufactured after an order is placed and are not mass-produced.
Due to the nature of additive manufacturing (3D printing), minor layer lines, surface texture, support contact marks, small finishing marks, and slight cosmetic variations are inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process. Such characteristics do not constitute defects unless they materially affect the intended functionality of the product or result in a substantial deviation from the product description.
As each item is individually manufactured, minor cosmetic differences between products are normal and should be expected.
## Compatibility and Intended Use
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased item is suitable for its intended purpose, application, dimensions, or compatibility requirements before placing an order.
Where dimensions, scaling, sizing, or compatibility are relevant, buyers are encouraged to contact us before purchasing if they have any questions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products sold by this shop are intended exclusively as display pieces, collectibles, cosplay accessories, costume props, replicas, or decorative items.
Our products are **not** designed, tested, certified, or intended to function as protective equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), safety devices, toys, children's products, climbing equipment, weapon components, or life-safety devices, and must not be used for such purposes.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for any use of the products outside their intended purpose.
## Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, customization details, measurements, and any other information necessary to complete the order.
We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, production errors, or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information supplied by the buyer.
## Delivery
Estimated delivery dates provided by Etsy or shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays resulting from postal operators, customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
## Intellectual Property
All original product designs, digital models (where applicable), photographs, renderings, graphics, product descriptions, branding, and other content published in this shop remain intellectual property of its owners unless expressly stated otherwise.
The purchase of a physical product does not transfer any copyright, design rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights.
Products purchased from this shop may not be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered for commercial purposes, commercially manufactured, distributed, resold as original designs, or otherwise exploited without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
## Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of or relating to any order shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
## Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the seller's country of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the buyer's country of residence.

# EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
For consumers residing in the European Union, the following policy applies in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and any applicable national consumer protection laws.
## Right to Withdraw
Unless a statutory exception applies, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending a clear and unequivocal statement through Etsy Messages before the withdrawal period expires.
## Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you communicated your withdrawal.
The returned item(s) must be securely packaged and returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Unless the return results from our error or from a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated expenses, including insurance, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other applicable fees where required.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the buyer remains responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
## Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process any refund required under applicable law without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Where permitted by applicable law, any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may be deducted from the refund.
## Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or if we have shipped the wrong product, please contact us promptly through Etsy Messages.
Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This may include repair, replacement, reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, or a full refund, as appropriate.
In these circumstances, the buyer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
## Custom-Made and Personalized Orders
Some products offered in this shop are manufactured according to the customer's specific instructions or are personalized to meet individual requirements, including but not limited to custom dimensions, scaling, sizing, engravings, inscriptions, custom finishes, color variations, or other customer-requested modifications.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
* Items produced at a scale different from the standard version offered in the shop.
* Products resized to fit the customer's hand or body dimensions.
* Items adapted for children or other specific users.
* Products manufactured to fit collectible figures, displays, props, or other non-standard applications.
* Any other item manufactured according to specifications provided by the buyer.
For products manufactured to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where the requirements of Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, or any corresponding applicable national legislation, are met.
By placing an order for such a product, the buyer acknowledges that the item is being manufactured specifically according to the specifications they have requested.
This exception applies only where the applicable legal requirements are satisfied and does not affect any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
## Other Statutory Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may also not apply in any other circumstances where an exemption is provided under applicable consumer protection law.
## Reservation of Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy shall limit, exclude, or otherwise affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
