If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 3.4% + $ 0.30).

If you purchased the product and decided to cancel the purchase at the moment when it was already sent to you, you will also receive money back, with the exception of the above-mentioned committees and with deduction of shipping costs to both sides, since the cancellation is not a seller’s mistake.

You will get the money back after the package will return to the seller. Returning parcel, please give the seller a track number.


Please, bear in mind that most cases of lost shipments can be resolved positively (shipments are found and delivered) if both sides, buyer and seller, cooperate and do whatever is in their power. Usually it is enough if the recipient contacts the local post's customer service to ask about shipment whereabouts (providing them the shipment tracking number).

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
