My name is Kyle. I am 42, born and raised in the beautiful state of Maryland and just living the American dream! I am a happily married man with two awesome step daughters and a sweet little fur baby. (Don't take my man card, my dog is my best friend). I love cars, T.V., naps, and of course...3D printing.

My love for 3D printing started with an itch for a new hobby. I really enjoy hands on activities and learning new things, so when I saw what my employer’s newly purchased 3D printer could produce, I knew it was something I wanted to learn more about. About a month and many hours of research later, I bought my first 3D printer; a Monoprice Maker Select for about $250. When I took my first print into work to show it off, they couldn’t believe I printed it on a $250 printer (they spent A LOT more $$ than that). And from that day forward I was hooked. Since then I have purchased two more printers; both Prusa MK3’s, and opened an Etsy store.

I am still in the process of figuring out my niche and building my store, so please bear with me! I also want to learn more about the design process, so I have been tinkering with various software programs and hope to eventually print more of my own designs and better assist my customers with more complex custom orders that have been requested. Until then, aside from custom lettering and other simple designs, I use an awesome 3D print site, www.thingiverse.com, to print many of the items available from my Etsy store. The 3D printing community is great about sharing and very generous, as much of the geometry is available for FREE (yes FREE!). So if you see something you are interested in, please let me know and I would love to turn that idea into reality for you!
