* Hello and welcome to 3EGiftsByKaren! I love to design and the products shown on my shop are only a small amount of what is available - I am always adding new products but if there is something you would like and you don't see it on my shop, please contact me - I try and respond as quickly as possible and usually in less than 12 hours (though in less than an hour wherever possible).
* I offer free additional delivery across my shop. So, order as many items as you like in one order and you only pay one postage fee. Products will still be shipped via signed for delivery in the UK and tracked and signed delivery to the rest of the world.
* I have new products arriving soon, including earrings to match my current charm bracelets; also with necklaces to match!
* Sterling silver earrings have recently been added to the majority of earring options, so there's no excuse not to treat yourself!

Frequently asked questions
Shipping outside UK
I ship international products via tracked and signed for delivery with Royal Mail (except to any PO Box) where possible or else signed. Once the order has been shipped, I will send you the tracking number so you can check progress of your delivery at any time.
Once your order has reached your country, it will pass over from Royal Mail to your National Postal Service Provider. Whenever possible, I will send an update, to let you know that your order has now entered your country and to provide you with the updated tracking website.
If there are any customs, imports or VAT duties to be paid the buyer will be responsible. Please see etsy guidance on the policy: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/5023

Delivery within UK
I automatically ship via 2nd class signed for delivery with Royal Mail. You can increase to 1st class at the checkout if you prefer.
Once the order has been shipped, I will send you notification with the tracking number, so you have peace of mind that your order's on its way.
If you aren't in when Royal Mail try to deliver, they will leave a 'Something For You' card. You can contact them using the information on the card to request a re-delivery, or pop to your local sorting office, depending on your preference.
I do check the delivery status as often as possible, so if I spot Royal Mail has attempted to deliver, I'll send you a quick message on Etsy just to let you know. You never know if the 'Something For You' card might get lost.
Custom and personalised orders
All products are made to order so if you want a product length altered, a different clasp, earring hook style, please ask me! Customised orders may take a little longer depending on availability but I will inform you of any affect to delay in my response.
If the customisation is of a currently sold product, there may be an increase in the price depending on what customisation is requested. If there is any price difference, I will let you know at the soonest possible opportunity.
What if my package is not delivered?
I will monitor your package delivery, as much as possible but if you have an issue please contact me.
If your order does not arrive within 3 weeks (5 weeks for international orders) please let me know - I will look into the matter. You may need to contact the delivery company. I cannot accept any responsibility if the mail carrier fails to deliver your item but I will look into matters raised and take action where necessary after the above timescales have passed.
If you don't collect your order from your postal carrier and it is returned to me, you will be responsible for additional delivery fees. Otherwise I will refund your order price less original shipping costs.
Is faster delivery possible?
Delivery estimates are available on each individual product, for each country. If you would like to discuss faster delivery, please let me know. There will be additional costs as your delivery will need to be shipped with a different carrier.
It will depend on your item, when the order is received and when the delivery is needed as to whether a faster delivery is possible - - but please ask me and we can discuss all options.
Incorrect delivery address and other delivery problems?
Please check the delivery address you have used on your order as I will ship out to this address and I do ship as quickly as possible for your convenience.
If your order is sent back because of an incorrect address supplied on your order, it can't be delivered or no-one is available to sign for it and is not collected from the post office in time, you will have to pay again for re-delivery. If you choose not to re-deliver, I will refund the purchase price excluding the postage fee.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you have used an incorrect address on your order and need to alter your delivery address.
What if my item is damaged or missing?
Please contact me as soon as possible. I will need to receive photographs from you of the packaging and any damage.
I will need to pass on your information to the delivery company who delivered your order and make a claim for the damage or missing product. Time estimates for how long this will take depends upon the delivery company's policies.
Unfortunately I can accept no responsibility for any damage or loss caused but I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Wholesale availability
Please contact me via Etsy Conversations if you would like to discuss larger orders, even if I do not have stock availability showing on the product I might have more available or be able to get more within your time frame. Depending on the size of the order and the item, I may be able to offer a discount so feel free to ask me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that I sell to individuals or businesses for gifting purposes. My products are not for re-sale.
Sizing details
I include pictures showing measurements and scale of items wherever possible. If you would like more detail or if you need measurements in a different sizing system - ie in inches instead of centimetres, please let me know and I will provide as many extra details as possible.
Can charms tarnish?
Yes, unfortunately they can tarnish over time and I cannot take responsibility for changes over time. The best way to reduce the risk of this happening is to keep the charms out of direct light, keep them dry and away from humidity, store separately from other jewellery.
My jewellery is delivered in organza bags to try and help with these issues!
